The breakup of the Yugoslav republic has resulted in the secession of a number of republics and independene movements in serveral remaining territories. As well, there are Serb enclaves in Bosnia and Herzogovina which claim independence or allegiance to Serbia.
While NATO led a war against Serbia over Kosovo the status of the province remains undertermined.
Territory in the eastern Croatian area of Slavonia historically populated by Serbs.
